Registering with the City of Muskegon

Our registration process involves filling out an application to practice business, a completed Fire Safety Audit Sheet, and a $35.00 yearly registration fee. Rules of practicing business in the City of Muskegon are regulated by the City Ordinance No. 1166. The application, fire audit and the $35.00 fee should be returned to the City Clerk’s office to complete your business registration process.
