Request for Qualifications (RFQ) – SRF & DWRF Projects
The City of Muskegon is seeking qualifications from firms to provide comprehensive engineering services for a variety of sanitary sewer and water main projects. The city of Muskegon anticipates participation in the SRF (State Revolving Fund) and DWRF (Drinking Water Revolving Fund) program for the next several years.
The city of Muskegon will utilize a Qualifications Based Selection for this project to allow for eligible engineering costs to be incorporated into the loan and will select up to three (3) qualified firms to complete the work.
The scope of work and the Cities SRF Project Plan will be available on the City’s website at http://muskegon-mi.gov/muskegon/bid-postings/ on or before Friday, September 13th 2019.
Completed proposals are due to the Engineering Department at the Public Services Building no later than 4:30 P.M. (local time) on Monday, October 07, 2019. The Public Services Building is located at 1350 E. Keating Ave. Muskegon, MI 49442.
