City residents are invited to request and pick up their parking passes at the Police Department at City Hall, 980 Jefferson Street. As a reminder, residents can receive two annual parking passes per household before April 30, but will only receive one per household after April 30. These free annual passes are only for residents living within city households.
Residents can also request their free passes be mailed by following the instructions below.
Residents who live within the City of Muskegon (within actual city boundaries, not just county) can request that a free beach parking pass be mailed to their household, simply fill out the form below.
Please note: This form is for City of Muskegon residents only. This does not apply to businesses owners: for example, having a business inside city limits while living outside city limits would not entitle you to a free beach parking pass.
