We are no longer accepting beach parking pass requests online for the 2022 season. If you are a resident and do not have a beach pass, please stop by the Muskegon Police Department between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM to obtain a beach pass.

City residents are invited to request and pick up their parking passes at the Police Department at City Hall, 980 Jefferson Street or Treasury at City Hall, 933 Terrace Street. As a reminder, residents will only receive one per household after April 30. These free annual passes are only for residents living within city households.

Residents can also request their free passes be mailed by following the instructions below.

Only residents who live within the city limits of Muskegon are eligible and can request that a free beach parking pass be mailed to their household; simply fill out the form below.

Please note: This form is for City of Muskegon residents only. This does not apply to businesses owners: for example, having a business inside city limits while living outside city limits would not entitle you to a free beach parking pass.

Need help in determining if you live within the City of Muskegon? Then take a look at our streets and address listing. If you feel that you live within city limits but the form won’t let you select where, then fill out this correction form and we’ll investigate.

Please do not auto-populate the form. Enter them manually. For example, for street address, enter the number, then move to the next field (street name) and select your street name from the list (type the 1st letter of your street name to help narrow down your selection).

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Enforcement does not begin until May 15th.
