RE: City of Muskegon – Street and Utility Improvements – Michigan Avenue / Franklin Street

Dear Property Owner(s):

Beginning April 2021, construction will be taking place on Michigan Avenue, from Lakeshore Drive to Hudson Street and Franklin Street from Michigan Avenue to Western Avenue. Construction includes approximately .40 miles of pavement reconstruction as well as replacing the storm sewer, select water services, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, and pavement markings. To complete this project in a timely matter, we will need your help and cooperation. Below is information regarding several topics that may be of concern.
