Henry St. Construction Notice

Starting Monday the 11th of May, Henry Street between Sherman & Hackley will be under construction and all traffic will be directed in a northerly direction (from Sherman to Hackley) ONLY.  No southbound traffic will be allowed.  The construction is scheduled to be completed by the Fourth of July.

Business Improvement District (BID) Meeting 4-29-2015

The Business Improvement District (BID) will be meeting on Wednesday, April 29, 2014 at 4PM at 380 W. Western Ave., Suite 202 in the Training Center (Muskegon Chamber of Commerce Offices).

Nominating petitions are due for Ward Commission seats on Tuesday, April 21, 2015

Nominating petitions are due for Ward Commission seats on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 by 4:00 p.m. in the City Clerk’s Office.

The City of Muskegon has 4 Wards.

The boundaries are as follows:

Ward I – Precincts 1, 2, 3, 4
Ward II – Precincts 5, 6, 7
Ward III – Precincts 8, 9, 10
Ward IV – Precincts 11, 12, 13, 14

Candidates must submit a minimum of 50 valid petition signatures from their Ward.

Candidates must have resided in the City of Muskegon as of November 3, 2014.

Candidates must be a qualified and registered voter in the City of Muskegon.
