Many visitors may not realize the foul-smelling plant is gone and that the lakefront site is now called Windward Pointe, owned by Pure Muskegon LLC.

The plan is to redevelop the 120 acre property and create an amazing destination point in West Michigan – you can read all about the plans on their website.
