Hartshorn Marina Parks & Recreation Plan Amendment

The City of Muskegon is currently looking for public comments for the Hartshorn Marina Amendment to the Parks & Recreation Master Plan. A public hearing will be held before the City Commission on 2/28/17 @ 5:30 p.m. where they will also be asked to approve the amendment. The amendment is needed in order to submit a grant application.
