Willie German, Jr. was born and raised in Muskegon. He began his education at Angell Elementary School, continued on to Steele Junior High and is proud to be a Muskegon High School “Big Red” graduate of the class of 1980. Willie went on to Baker College of Muskegon where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and completed an Engineering Certification in Computer Networking.

His entire professional career has been dedicated to education and leadership in the community. Willie has always focused on helping youth to be successful. Presently, he is employed at Muskegon Community College as their Library Information Commons Media Tech Supervisor.

Additionally, he understands business as a small business owner. He is the proud father of three children—two daughters and a son, all Muskegon Public School graduates— and four grandchildren.
