MEETING
MINUTES
November 25, 1991
Meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Chairman Harris, and roll
was taken.

OTHERS PRESENT: B. Smith, City Commissioner
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes of the meeting of October 21, 1991 were approved by voice
vote.
MEDENDORP INDUSTRIAL PARK STUDY
The Board unanimously agreed to authorize mailing of the Medendorp
Industrial Park Study Executive Summary to area property and/or
business owners with a cover letter signed by Chairman Harris. The
following discussion included a possible needs assessment and public
meeting sometime in the future, zoning, and potential funding sources.
Staff reported on current status of the EDA application and completion
of the traffic signalization at Roberts and Sherman. An update on the
relocation of the U. S. Postal Services was also provided.
The next Board meeting was scheduled to be held on January 20, 1992,
with Staff to provide a report on the overall economic development
process and a needs survey proposed for mailing to property and/or
business owners.
