                                   MINUTES

A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held at City
Hall, 933 Terrace Street, Muskegon, MI at 5:30 p.m., Monday, July 16, 2018.

Present: Election Commission Members - Wanda Matsey, Betty Ivory, Casey
Allard, City Clerk Ann Meisch, and Deputy City Clerk Kimberly Young.

The Election Commission and Clerk staff discussed the process of appointing
election inspectors. There was also discussion regarding the preliminary and
public testing, as well as other election processes and procedures as there are
two new election commission members. Moved by Wanda Matsey, second by
Betty lvory, fo approve the minutes of the June 28, 2017 meeting —- motion
carried.

The Election Commission reviewed and approved the appointment of election
inspectors for the August 7, 2018 Election.
