                                    MINUTES

A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held via
Zoom for the purpose of approving election inspectors for the May 5, 2020
Election. The meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2020.

Present:   Election   Commission   Members — Casey Allard,       Betty   Ivory-Roberts,
Wanda Matsey, and Deputy City Clerk Kimberly Young.

Absent: None

Moved      by Allard, second by Ivory Roberts, to approve the minutes of the
February 17, 2020 meeting — motion passes.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic no polling places are open, except for one. We
must have a polling place available for voters with disabilities and to cast ballots
using the Voter Assist Terminal.    All ballots are being processed as absentee
ballots and no voters will be putting their own ballots through the tabulator. All
inspectors being appointed are working as Absentee Counting Board workers.

The Election Commission reviewed and approved the appointment of election
inspectors for the May 5, 2020 Election. Moved by Allard, second by lvory-
Roberts, to approve the potential election inspector list for May 5, 2020 as
presented.

Meeting adjourned at 3:35 p.m.
