                                        MINUTES

A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held in the
City Clerk's Office for the purpose of approving election inspectors for the
November 2, 2021 Election. The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. on
Tuesday, October 12, 2021.

Present:   Election Commission Members — Casey Allard, Betty Ivory-Roberts,
Wanda Matsey, and Deputy City Clerk Kimberly Young.

Absent: None

Minutes of the July 13, 2021 meeting were reviewed, moved by Casey Allard,
second by Betty lIvory-Roberts, to approve the minutes. Motion carries
unanimously.

Discussion      took place regarding        absentee voting, election inspectors and
polling places.

Motion     by    Casey   Allard,   second    by   Betty   lIvory-Roberts,   to   approve   the
appointment of election inspectors as presented, and allowing the clerk to
make appropriate additions, deletions, and substitutions as needed, for the
November 2, 2021 Election. Motion carries.

Meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
