MINUTES
A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held in the
City Clerk's Office for the purpose of approving election inspectors for the May
3, 2022 Special Election. The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. on
Tuesday, April 12, 2022.
Present: Election Commission
Members — Casey Allard, Betty lvory-Roberts,
Wanda Matsey, and Deputy City Clerk Kimberly Young.
Absent: None
Minutes of the February 16, 2022 meeting were reviewed, moved by Casey
Allard, second by Betty Ivory-Roberts, to approve the minutes. Motion carries
unanimously.
Discussion took place regarding absentee voting, election inspectors and
polling places.
Motion by Casey Allard, second by Betty lvory-Roberts, to approve the
appointment of election inspectors as presented, and allowing the clerk to
make appropriate additions, deletions, and substitutions as needed, for the May
3, 2022 Election. Motion carries.
Meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
