MINUTES
A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held at City
Hall, Conference Room 103, 933 Terrace Street, to amend the Resolution to
Consolidate Precincts. The meeting was called to order at 5:03 p.m. on Thursday,
December 7, 2023.
Present: Election Commission Members — Casey Allard, Wanda Matsey, Betty
lvory-Roberts; and, Elections Coordinator Shelly Stibitz
Absent: None
Motion by Allard; second by Ivory-Roberts, to approve minutes of the November
30, 2023 meeting. Motion carried.
Motion by Allard; second by lvory-Roberts to amend the Resolution to Consolidate
Precincts to leave Precinct 5 intact with polling location of Smith Ryerson Center,
650 Wood Street and rename it Precinct 3 and combine Precincts 6&7 with polling
location of City Hall and rename it Precinct 4. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
