MINUTES
A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held at City Hall, 933
Terrace Street, to approve testing of ballots and election inspectors for the November 4, 2025,
General Election. The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15,
2025.
Present: Election Commission Members Casey Allard, Betty lvory-Roberts; City Clerk Ann
Meisch and Election Coordinator Jessica Grimm
Absent: Wanda Matsey
Motion by Allard; second by lvory-Roberts to approve minutes of the July 14, 2025, meeting.
Motion carried.
Election Commission approved the accuracy testing results for the November 4, 2025, General
Election. They also approved the election inspectors for early voting, early absentee, and
election day and designated the Clerk to make additions or deletions as necessary.
Meeting adjourned at 5:28 p.m.
