                                   MINUTES

       A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held
in the City Clerk's Office for the purpose of approving election inspectors for the
August 8, 2023 Primary. The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. on
Monday, July 17, 2023.

Present: Election Commission Members — Casey Allard, Betty lvory-Roberts,
Wanda Matsey, and Deputy City Clerk Kimberly Young.

Absent: None

Minutes of the April 10, 2023 meeting were reviewed, moved by Casey Allard,
second by Wanda Matson, to approve the minutes. Motion carries unanimously.
Discussion took place regarding absentee voting, election inspectors and
polling places.

Motion by Wanda Matsey, second by Betty Ivory-Roberts, to approve the
appointment of election inspectors as presented, and allowing the clerk to
make appropriate additions, deletions, and substitutions as needed, for August
8, 2023 Election. Motion carries.

Meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
