Meeting Ag enda:
• In attendance, David Baker, Joe Buthker, Wyatt Egg leton, Mike Hannan ,
(City of Muskegon employees) and David Semelbauer (City of Muskegon
resident) , no public attendance.
• Meeting called to order at 4pm .
• Old Business
• Went over th e minutes from prior meeting, approved minutes.
• New Bus iness
1. Appoint council members . David Baker, Joe Buthker, Wyatt Eggleton,
Mike Hannan, David Semelbauer (local resident) Sanjeev Mungarwadi
left Muskegon for a position elsewhere, Joe Buthker is his replacement
on the board.
2. Appoint chairperson and other officers (as needed) . Dave Baker still
chairs the board . Wyatt Egg leton still is recording secretary.
3. Discuss plan to replace current lead service lines . (Give an update)
The Board discussed that Muskegon is replacing water services as a
matter of emergency due to leaks and low water flows and also when
completing street projects. This is maintaining the po licy that was
developed as a result of the most current Lead & Copper Rule
amendments dated June 14, 2018.
4. Public comment. No public attendance.
