MINUTES
1. Minutes
Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, second by Commissioner Johnson to approve the
minutes for the July 12, 2021 meeting.
MOTION PASSED
2. Concur with District Library Board on the Reappointment of Three Members
Motion by Mayor Gawron, second by Commissioner Johnson to concur with the District
Library Board’s Reappointment of Oneata Bailey, Kevin Huss, and Greg Borgman –
School District Appointments – Terms expiring 6/30/2025
MOTION PASSED
3. Appointment of New Zoning Board of Appeal Member to fill Vacancy
Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, second by Commissioner Johnson to appoint Virginia
Taylor to the Zoning Board of Appeals – Term expiring 01/31/2023.
MOTION PASSED
4. Review and Discuss CDC Member Selection Process
The Community Neighborhood Services Director brought a suggestion to the board to
place members to the CDC based on Neighborhood Associations rather than Wards
indicating Neighborhood Associations give a better representation of the community.
This item will be brought to the board at a future meeting for discussion.
5. Adjournment
Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, second by Commissioner Emory to adjourn the
meeting.
MOTION PASSED
Meeting adjourned at 8:31 pm.
