Regular Meeting Minutes

I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Johnny Brown at 3:56 P.M.
Present: Commissioner Johnny Brown, Commissioner Larry Spataro, Kristen
Wade, Civil Service Director, Dwana Thompson, EEO & Employee Relations,
LeighAnn Mikesell, Deputy City Manager, Scott Zonnebelt, Police Captain and
Christine Evans, Human Resources Specialist.
Absent: Commissioner David Wentland
II. MINUTES
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by Commissioner
Brown to approve the regular meeting minutes of the December 12, 2022
meeting.
Motion Carried.
III. ACTION AGENDA
A. Job Description – Police Community Coordinator
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by Commissioner
Brown to approve the revised job description for the Police Community
Coordinator.
Motion Carried.
B. Appointment of Property Room Officer – PT
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro to appoint Leah Fenwick to be the
Property Room Officer – PT effective March 6, 2023. Commissioner Brown
seconded the motion.
Motion Carried.
