Regular Meeting Minutes

I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner David Wentland at 4:04 P.M.
Present: Commissioner David Wentland, Commissioner Larry Spataro,
Commissioner Johnny Brown, Sara Hough, Human Resources Manager,
LeighAnn Mikesell, Interim City Manager, Dwana Thompson, EEO & Employee
Relations Director and Christine Evans, Human Resources Specialist.
II. MINUTES
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by Commissioner
Brown to approve the regular meeting minutes of the April 11, 2022 meeting.
Motion Carried.
III. ACTION AGENDA
A. Job Description – Public Safety Director
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by Commissioner
Wentland to approve the revised job description for the Public Safety Director.
Motion Carried.
Discussion ensued regarding the future of the Fire and Police Departments.
