Staff will continue to communicate with Consumers and evaluate any cost savings and
consider different alternatives.

A copy of the recently adopted ordinance has taken care of this issue.
NEW BUSINESS:

Bryon Mazade suggested that a plan be developed and

Liquor License Process — look at creating a policy of
due process for those who have
violations — Tony Kleibecker & Ann Becker
Current City practice calls for the signature of many departm

It is determined that requests that require only the Chief of Police
signature will be
approved by the Chief of Police with an FYI sent to all
departments involved and the City
Commission. The application will then be forwarded to the Liquor
Control Commission
for their consideration.
The City Commission will review any requests for expansion of an
establishment.
It was also decided to charge a $25 fee to those establishments requesti

of an existing liquor license.
Mayor Warmington moved, Commissioner Spataro seconded, to establish a
$25 fee
to those establishments requesting an expansion to an existing liquor license.
