LEGAL NOTICE
The City of Muskegon Housing Board of Appeals will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, February 4, 2021
at 5:30pm. The meeting will be held electronically to protect public health, safety, and welfare and in
accordance with Public Act 228 of 2020.
Members of the public may view the meeting via Zoom using this link:

or entering meeting ID: 81927792315 and password: 640821. All members of the Housing Board of Appeals
will be participating electronically. Members of the public may provide input or ask questions on any business
that will come before the Housing Board of Appeals by e-mail at [email protected]. During the public
comment portion of the live meeting, the public may raise their hand virtually and when called upon provide
their full name, address, and comments.
The City of Muskegon will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the
hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with
disabilities who want to electronically attend the meeting with twenty-four (24) hours notice to the City of
Muskegon. Individuals with disabilities requiring reasonable accommodations, auxiliary aids or services should
