Meeting minutes: A motion was made by Randy Mackie and seconded by Jon
Rolewicz to approve the March 2006 minutes.

CA 93561 – Removed from agenda.

EN-060012- 375 JACKSON – Mortgage Electronic Registration, 3476 State View
Blvd, Fort Mill SC 29715

No one was present to represent case.

Staff Recommendation: Declare the building substandard, a public nuisance, and
dangerous building.

Motion made by Randy Mackie and seconded by Jon Rolewicz to accept staff
recommendation.

No one was present to represent case.

Mark Kincaid stated a call was received from a realtor indicating a possible sale.

Staff Recommendation: Declare the building substandard, a public nuisance, and
dangerous building.

Motion made by Randy Mackie and seconded by Ed Simmons to accept staff
recommendation.

EN-060009 – 1226 Pine St – B & P Group Inc. 6000 28th St. SE Ste #200, Grand
Rapids, MI 49546-6927

Mark Kincaid asked that case be removed from agenda until May 2006 meeting to
allow future owner to pull permits and provide timeline.


OLD BUSINESS:

Jon Rolewicz stated that the dangerous building list previously listed 84 Hartford and
case came before board 4 years ago and was tabled but now doesn’t appear on list
and he is hearing of complaints from neighbors. Henry Faltinowski stated building
was used for storage but would investigate why it was taken off the list. Greg
Borgman asked about status on 1211 Third. Don LaBrenz stated work was started on
roof without a permit and was issued a stop work order. Carmen Smith stated owner
had faxed over a completed building permit application 04/06/06 and the owners
brother would be in to pay for permit. Greg Borgman updated board on action by
Neighborhood Association regarding empty homes on Monroe Street, Fourth St, and
Houston Street. Ed Simmons asked about 1538 Hudson. Don LaBrenz said the
contract had been awarded to Franklin Contractors to demolish. Jon Rolewicz asked
about homes on Sanford Street near Houston that is in disrepair.
