DANGEROUS BUILDING REVIEW CASES

EN-070210- 935 S. Getty – Emma Blain – 754 Allen Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442

Emma Blain was present to represent case.

Ms Blain stated since the last meeting that she had finished the electrical and
plumbing and work left to complete is roofing and siding. Henry Faltinowski stated
that a partial inspection was done on the roof. Mark Kincaid said there are still
outstanding mechanical issues, building issues that have not been completed and
timelines have been extended. Greg Borgman explained condemnation process. Jim
Hoppus went thru list of mechanical violations that were still outstanding. Ms Blain
said hood suppression inspection is scheduled for this month. Randy Mackie stated
that if property is condemned today as long as progress is made that case would not
be taken to commission. Ms Blain says she’s doing the best she can and has
continually worked on the property and plans to finish siding and other half of roof
before weather turns cold again and wants to get back in hopefully this summer.
