MINUTES
Board Members Present: Minister William C. Muhammad,
David Bukala, Quintan Cooley,
Ruby Clark, Ann Craig, Eloise Heiftje,
Phyllis Loudermill
Board Members Absent: Carlos Florez, (Excused)
Staff Present: Denny Powers, Staff Liaison
Vice-Chairperson Minister William C. Muhammad called the meeting to order at 6:39
p.m.
Minutes were not acted on as there was not a meeting in January due to City Hall being
closed on the board’s normal meeting day.
Unfinished Business
None.
New Business
Mr. Powers noted that the CRC did not finish getting through all the boards as far as
appointments at their last meeting and that hopefully there will be some movement at
their upcoming meeting as we currently have a vacancy.
Public Participation
None.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:47 p.m.
The next meeting is March 6, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in room 103 of Muskegon City Hall.
