Picnic shelters for the 2021 season can be reserved now!

Community buildings are not open until at least May 1, 2021 and are subject to be canceled due to Michigan gathering regulations. If reservations are canceled, we will give 2 weeks’ notice and a full refund.

Please note: Paid parking is in effect at Kruse Park, Margret Drake Elliot Park and the Channel. All reservations made at those locations will need to pay for parking.

Also note Campbell Park Pavilion does not have electricity at this time.

McGraft Community Building and Smith Ryerson Community Building reservations are open to reserve with the following restrictions.

Definition: “Renter” is the name of the person whose name is on the reservation.

  • The “Renter” is responsible to ensure the number of guests attending is in full compliance with the current ‘gathering’ restrictions imposed by the State of Michigan.
  • Events with more guests attending than allowed by said restrictions may be shut down.
  • Any fines, infractions, citations, lawsuits, etc.. related to a violation of current gathering restrictions are the responsibility of the “Renter”
  • The “Renter” understands that no refund will be issued for the reservation if it is shut down because of gathering size violations.

If a reservation has already been made and the “Renter” would like to cancel the reservation because of the restrictions, a full refund will be issued.  Please call 231-724-4100 to make the request.
