The washroom pipes are covered with black mold. The guards refuse to go into the washroom areas because of the black mold. They tell the inmates to keep their mouths shut. There are also holes all over in the ceiling of the jail with sewer and water draining into the jail onto the jail floors. On 2/6/12, Guards poked several holes in the ceiling with a plyer type tool (from bulging areas in the ceiling) and sewer and water started draining onto the jail floors all over. This is an serious environmental health hazard to the workers and inmates and I believe the jail is hiding the issues to avoid being inspected and shut down.
