Board Chair, G. Borgman called the meeting to order at 5:33 pm.

A motion to approve the regular meeting minutes from June 1, 2017 was made by B, Turnquist,
supported by W. Krick; unanimously supported.
OLD BUSINESS:

A motion to declare the structure substandard, dangerous and a public nuisance was made by,
