Meeting minutes: A motion was made by Randy Mackie and seconded by Willie German to
approve the February 2013 minutes.

nuisance and was seconded by William Krick.

Brief introduction of Kirk Briggs from Safebuilt and Mr. Briggs shared Safebuilt will help and
temp up with the City.
Discussion with Jeffrey Lewis on procedures for Vacant Buildings, Board-Ups and Demolitions.
Hope Mitchell explained Planning, Economics and the role the inspectors have in Code
Compliance and procedures for Demolitions.
