MINUTES
The City Commission Worksession was called to order at 5:35 p.m. by Mayor
Warmington.
Present: Mayor Warmington, Vice Mayor Larson, Commissioner Carter, Spataro,
Gawron, Davis, and Shepherd
Absent: None
1. Appointment to Housing Board of Appeals.
No objections to the appointment of Ed Simmons.
2. Street Vacation (Larch) Report from Staff.
Report was given by the City Manager Bryon Mazade.
3. Graffiti Ordinance.
City Manager Bryon Mazade explained the procedure.
4. Street Special Assessments.
City Manager Bryon Mazade will work with staff and then relay information to
the Commission.
5. 2004 Budget Update.
City Manager Bryon Mazade explained that $300,000 to $500,000 cuts need to be
made.
6. Other Business.
Discussion was held on the Lansing hearing reference Nugent Sand, Inspection
concerns, IFT concerns reference minorities, and Julia Hackley Fund.
7. Adjournment.
The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
