                    exceeding 25% of a nonconforming use at 400 W. Laketon Avenue Avenue, by
                    Carla Skoglund, Muskegon Rescue Mission.
                    Hearing; Case 2009-07: Request for a Special Land Use Permit, per
         B.
                    section1301, #1 of Article XIII, to allow a used car lot in a B-4, zoning district at
                    1699 S. Getty Street, by Jeff Neading, Affordable Pre-Owned Autos.
                    Hearing; Case 2009-08: Staff-initiated request to amend Section 2311, #10
         C.
                    (Accessory Structures & Buildings) of Article XXIII, to include “Wind Turbines”
                    as permitted temporary structures.
                    Hearing; Case 2009-09: Staff-initiated request to amend Section 2310, of Article
         D.
                    XXIII, to add “Wind Turbine Facilities”.

                          AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT POLICY FOR ACCESS TO OPEN MEETING OF THE
                           CITY COMMISSION AND ANY OF ITS COMMITTEES OR SUBCOMMITTEES

         The City of Muskegon will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired
