Special Characteristics: Small grove of trees just south of the channel provides an ideal picnic location. The walk along the channel is used by many for exercise and watching sunsets. You can also catch a glimpse of the Lake Express ferry coming through the channel.
There is one shelter and picnic area that can be reserved. It also has play apparatus, bathrooms, electrical outlets and barbecue grills available. Seating is approximately 80 persons.
