		<description>The rental inspector takes too much time! It takes 3 mos to get an inspection so you can rent out any property that you purchase, even after you have the electrical, plumbing, hvac and building inspectors through and all of them passed. So if you are an investor............make sure you find out time lines first BEFORE you invest in the city!!!!!!</description>
