It takes 3 mos to get an inspection so you can rent out any property that you purchase, even after you have the electrical, plumbing, hvac and building inspectors through and all of them passed. So if you are an investor............make sure you find out time lines first BEFORE you invest in the city!!!!!! The rental inspector takes too much time! Labor Day has thrown me off. Why can I not find a schedule on your site? It seems like a printed schedule would be a logical thing to have. And maybe there is one, but I certainly can't find it.
