School Crossing Guard

Description: Under the general supervision of the Police Department Traffic Division, School Crossing Guards perform a number of tasks to ensure the safe road crossing of children going to and from school.

Qualifications: This position requires a working knowledge of reading, writing, and arithmetic less than that generally attained through high school completion. This is an entry-level position, and no specific prior work experience is required.

Salary Range: $9.25-12.25 Per Hour
