Duck Lake State Park (White Lake)
A secluded day-use park ideal for swimming, boating and fishing.
A picnic pavilion also offers a perfect setting for group gatherings.
Take US-31 north of Muskegon to the White Lake Dr. exit, and go west on White Lake Dr.
for a half-mile. Go south on Whitehall Rd. to Michillinda Rd., and go west on Michillinda

Muskegon State Park (Muskegon Channel/Lake Michigan)
With more than 2 miles of Lake Michigan shoreline and one mile on Muskegon Lake,
provides the best of both great lakes and inland lake opportunities.
The park 12 miles of hiking trails, five miles of lighted cross-country ski trails
with ski rental. Forested dunes that join miles of Lake Michigan shoreline reflect
a significant resource that visitors enjoy each year. The park also offers two separate campgrounds
for either beach or woods camping opportunities and contains the Winter Sports Complex.
Take US-31 to the M-120 exit in North Muskegon and follow signs to the park.

PJ Hoffmaster State Park (Lake Michigan)
Has many attractions including 2-1/2 miles of fine, sandy shoreline along Lake Michigan,
towering sand dunes and a dune climb stairway leading to the top of a high dune overlook.
The Gillette Sand Dune Visitor Center offers programs, exhibits and hands-on displays that
tell the story of Michigan’s sand dunes. Take US-31 to the Pontaluna Rd. exit, and head west
on Pontaluna Rd. two miles.
