The City Manager's Office is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of the City. This includes implementation and administration of the various policies and ordinances adopted by the City Commission and overall guidance to the individual departments of the City.
Daily functions include, but are not limited to the following: administration of the City budget, enforcement of ordinances, working with existing and prospective businesses to retain and grow the economic growth and development of the City, interjection with personnel matters, promoting efforts to improve community and race relations and working with various special interests groups.
