The City of Muskegon itself serves boaters at Hartshorn
Municipal Marina and four convenient launch ramps. Hartshorn
offers both seasonal and transient docking in a full service large boat basin and minimum
service small boat basin. Offshore moorings are also available along with Catamaran dry
storage.
