Registration /Payment Information
1.WALK-IN You can register in person at the Department of Leisure Services. Cash, Check or Charge accepted (VISA, MasterCard and Discover ONLY.) 2. MAIL-IN Completed registration form to City of Muskegon, Department of Leisure Services, 933 Terrace St, Muskegon, MI 49441 enclose payment (check payable to City of Muskegon or credit card number & expiration date.) 3.FAX-IN (231) 724-1196 Fill out registration form include credit card number and expiration date. Register Early for Programs For successful programs, it is critical for participants to sign up by the deadline! Programs may be cancelled if there are not enough registrants. This decision must be made by the program deadline so that participants may be notified. Registration Deadline: Registration fees must be received by 5:00pm or postmarked by posted deadline date. After the deadline, please add 5% to the registration fee listed. Refund Policy Our policy is to provide customer satisfaction and to refund 100% for programs which do not meet customer’s expectations Resident and Nonresident Fees You are a resident if you reside within the City of Muskegon boundaries (a "Muskegon" mailing address may not qualify as residency). Non residents are welcome to participate, but are charged a higher registration fee. |
