The City of Muskegon will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities. Reasonable assistance includes, but is not limited to, such services as verbal assistance for the visually impaired and signers for the hearing impaired. Requests for auxiliary aids or services should be directed to the City of Muskegon Personnel/Civil Service Department at least forty-eight hours before the aids and/or services are needed. NOTE: Where a question arises regarding the administration of any portion of a Civil Service examination, such question must be directed to the Personnel/Civil Service Director (or designee) for possible resolution before an appeal is made to the Civil Service Commission.
