CITY OF MUSKEGON, MICHIGAN
Project Title: MSHDA Blight Elimination Grant – Asbestos Survey
The City of Muskegon, Michigan will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. local time on January 30, 2018 at the City Clerk’s Office, City hall, 933 Terrace Street, Muskegon, Michigan, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following Asbestos Survey Projects:
Approximately 16 structures, which include garages, single-family properties, 2-4 unit properties, 5 or more unit multi-family properties, to be identified by the City of Muskegon.
Copies of the full Request for Proposals may be obtained on or after January 9, 2018 by visiting or calling the Planning Department (933 Terrace St. Room 202, Muskegon, MI; 231-724-6702) or by visiting the City’s website at muskegon-mi.gov/ under Business/Bid Opportunities.
Bid proposals should be placed inside a 9” X 12” or 10” X 14” envelope and sealed. The envelope should be addressed to the City of Muskegon with the title “Asbestos Survey Bids” Bidder’s name, address and phone number must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.

ADA Policy
The City will provide necessary appropriate auxiliary aids and services, for example, signers for the hearing impaired, audio tapes for the visually impaired, etc., for disabled persons who want to attend the meeting, upon twenty-four hour’s notice to the City.
