MINUTES
Board Members Present: Minister William C. Muhammad, Ann Craig, Dardinella Hippchen, Andrew Cirner, David Bukala, Barbara Kuipers, Carlos Florez
Board Members Absent: William O’Shaughnessy (Excused), Quintan Cooley
Staff Present: Denny Powers, Staff Liaison
Chairperson William Muhammad called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m.
Minister Muhammad asked if everyone had a chance to read the previous meeting
minutes and if there were any corrections or additions. It was motioned, supported and
passed to approve the minutes as presented.
Old Business
It was decided to hold off on addressing the issue of a vice-chairperson until all board
members are present. This issue was tabled at a previous meeting.
New Business
There was a short discussion on a possible change in meeting days. After the discussion
it was decided to leave the meeting day as is.
There was a question from Mr. Cirner on interview transcripts. Mr. Powers answered
that question with some input from other board members.
Public Participation
None.
It was motioned and supported to adjourn the meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:51 p.m.
The next meeting is January 4, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. in room 103 of Muskegon City Hall.
